We offer reliable drawings and models of existing buildings, which allow you to begin with the design process instantly – no matter whether it is a renovation or a repairs project.

For renovations we offer 3D models and plans of buildings, produced by 3D-scanning technology. We also make as-built models, i.e. we document the building (including models, plans and data) making it usable in the Building Information Model (BIM). As an alternative, we offer traditional 2D as-built drawings of buildings.

For MEP designers we offer MEP systems produced by 3D-scanning. We scan pipelines, cables and other utility systems. Exact base-models are usually needed for the renovation of installations in factories, heating systems, pumping-stations etc.

We help you to make drawings of facades with data of elevation for project drafts and several other purposes. Depending of the requirements, we compile precise drawings of facades, where every detail is described with its exact location. Such drawings are usually needed for renovations or to fix the condition of a building.

We analyse areas and space of buildings to determine the area species (gross-, net-, useful,- rental,- etc. area) depending on the customer’s requirements – according to the Estonian legal acts, British RICS ”Code of Measuring Practice”, European Union’s EN15221-6 area and space measurement standard, USA’s BOMA standard or the international „IPD Space Code“. After obtaining the drawings from the customer, we analyse the data, mark different areas in different colours, create an .xls data file and present the outcome to the customer.

We convert paper-drawings into the CAD format, paper drawings will be digitalised, making them instantly usable in drawing programs. Different from the common full automatic vector graphics, we offer semi-automatic digitalization. This guarantees flawless drawings, which can be processed and used at once.

Drawings can be instantly processed in the facility management software. Drawings and data files will be delivered in the format requested by the customer. Before the beginning of the project we will agree upon the layers and parameters of the drawings. Each file will be saved in the agreed format, usually in DWG, PDF, XLS etc.
