As-built surveys for the legalisation process or issuing a permit for use for a building. As-built drawings for the further design, renovation or demolition of a building.The as-built drawings are required:

  • For further design, renovation or demolition in accordance with requirements;
  • For the legalisation process or issuing a permit for use in accordance with the legal acts.

Depending on the requirements of the Estonian municipal authorities, the as-built surveys may be one of the most important documents required for legalizing an illegal building, for issuing the permit for use, or to register your building in the Construction Registry. The as-built surveys are also an important basic document for the designer if you are interested in re-arranging, renovating or rebuilding existing buildings.

We offer as-built surveys of buildings which meet the requirements of Estonian municipal authorities and valid legal acts. Standards of as-built surveys have been provided in the Building Act and in the regulation “Requirements for As-Built Drawings for Issuing a Permit of Use for a Building“ of the Minister of the Economic Affairs and Communication. The as-built surveys must include the general external constructional building configurations, such as plans with general dimensions, views, sections and a letter of description.
