We offer technical descriptions to owners of office- and industrial buildings, residential houses or apartments depending on their needs – As-built drawings for planning, managing or issuing building permits, also floor plans with area (gross-, net-, etc. area) and space analyses for calculations of financial, energy and other miscellaneous expenses. Thanks to accurate information you will avoid expensive mistakes in re-designing, building, management and maintaining and have correct data for cost calculations or budgeting.

In addition, we offer compiling databases of the existing property, which can be used in the facility management software (Computer Aided Facility Management), for example ARCHIBUS. This database is usually required by owners and facility managers of estate-portfolios. If the CAFM system is already in use or in implementation process, we assist in adding and synchronising additional drawings and data to the requirements of the system.

Drawings can be instantly processed in the facility management software. Drawings and data files will be delivered in the format requested by the customer. Before the beginning of the project we will agree upon the layers and parameters of the drawings. Each file will be saved in the agreed format, usually in DWG, PDF, XLS etc.
