We help facility managers to create exact and very detailed databases of properties and estate-complexes for daily administration. We also assist in integration of existing databases into the facility management IT software.

We help to create site and building documentations according to the Estonian standard: Maintenance of Facility“ (EVS 807:2010). We create different detail floor plans of existing buildings. Depending on the requirements, different fixed and portable items and utility systems (such as electrical and low voltage installations, water and sewage pipelines, heating and ventilation systems etc.) can be shown on drawings. We make inventory drawings, evacuation plans, facade drawings and elevations.

Appendices of drawings contain data about the object. We present area analyses (gross-, net-, total-, useful-, etc.), including determination by different indications (building, floor, tenant, department etc.) and explication tables of rooms, data of heights and space. If required, the information about the finishing and used materials can be added.

Drawings can be instantly processed in the facility management software, for example: ARCHIBUS. Drawings and data files will be delivered in the format requested by the customer. Before the beginning of the project we will agree upon the layers and parameters of the drawings. Each file will be saved in the agreed format, usually in DWG, PDF, XLS etc.
